GranDriveX is an all-in-one delivery management platform designed to simplify logistics for customers, riders, and administrators. Built as a SaaS-based system, the goal was to create a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms—enabling users to book, track, and manage deliveries effortlessly. As the Product & UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for designing both the web and mobile applications as well as the admin dashboard. The challenge was to design an interface that balanced functionality, scalability, and clarity—ensuring every user, from customers to delivery riders and admins, could navigate their tasks intuitively. GranDriveX also introduced a smart payment system, allowing users and riders to send money within the app or use redeem points for deliveries—making it not just a delivery service, but a full ecosystem built for efficiency, trust, and growth.
